Decent footwear is advised. It is wise to carry your own water, and when on a longer hike your own food. Think about sun, rain, mosquito and tick protection.

On the longer sessions (90 minutes or more) tea, fruit and a snack is provided.

I hike with my backpack and a first aid kit is always available.

If the Dutch Weather Services sends out a weather alarm (code orange or red) the coaching is cancelled and in your agreement rescheduled to a different date. If a code yellow is given the coaching can proceed in mutual agreement. Read more about this in the Terms & Conditions.

• Hiking coaching 60 minutes, € 65, 21% tax excluded
• Hiking coaching 90 minutes, € 75, 21% tax excluded
• Hiking coaching 120 minutes, € 99, 21% tax excluded

The Twente region is free of travel expenses. Outside the Twente region, € 0,21 per kilometre.

• Rate: € 180, 21% tax excluded (no travel expenses)

Hiking coaching 'The Big Hike'

• Rate: € 200, 21% tax excluded (no travel expenses)

Interactive lecture 'Bullying and bullying behaviour on schools'

• Rate: € 125, 21% tax excluded

• English class (online, at home or on location) 60 minutes: € 30
• No tax is charged when classes are meant for study purposes.
